Side tables and dining tables.
Driade Cugino / Cuginetto includes Enzo Mari’s glass-topped dining and occasional tables.
Painted steel profiles form exposed splayed bases beneath round or square tops, leaving the supporting geometry visible through the surface. Cugino dining tables use 12 mm tempered glass, while the smaller Cuginetto tables use 8 mm glass and stand 50 cm high. The related constructions provide full dining surfaces and compact tables with the same open structural character.
Enzo Mari worked across graphics, design and architecture, combining product work with research and teaching. His furniture for Driade includes the Sof Sof chair, Elisa seating and Frate tables. His work has been exhibited at institutions including the Venice Biennale, Milan Triennale and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
