Our site is a catalog and inquiry service. It exists to help you explore the collections we represent, save the pieces you love, and request tailored quotes and guidance from our team. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no purchase takes place on the site — there is no cart and no checkout. Submitting a quote request creates no obligation for you or for us; it simply starts a conversation.
Quotes and pricing
Every piece we offer is made to order and highly customizable — materials, dimensions, and finishes all shape the final price. When you request a quote, we confirm your specifications and prepare pricing tailored to you. A quote is an invitation to discuss your order, and any purchase is completed directly with Italcasa under the terms stated in your quote or invoice, including deposit, delivery, and cancellation terms.
Preferred pricing and trade discounts shown in your account are provided for your information, are applied when we prepare your quote, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. A discount shown on the site is not itself an offer or a guarantee of a final price.
Your account
You sign in using your Google or Apple account, and your account is active immediately — member pricing is visible as soon as you sign in. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
Trade Program. Trade accounts are reserved for practicing interior designers and trade professionals. When you apply, the information you provide must be accurate and current; we review applications, typically within two to three business days, and may approve, decline, or later revoke trade status at our discretion. Misrepresenting a trade credential is grounds for closing an account.
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site, submit false information, or interfere with other users or our team.
Product information
We work to keep the catalog accurate, but the details shown — specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, and imagery — are indicative, not contractual. Because each piece is made to order, final specifications are confirmed as part of your quote. Natural materials vary: wood grain, leather, stone, and dye lots will differ from photographs. Lead times shown on the site (typically 2–4 weeks for quickship pieces and 12–16 weeks for made-to-order pieces) are estimates and are confirmed with your quote. Availability of any piece or brand is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Product names, imagery, and trademarks belong to the manufacturers we represent and are used here in our capacity as their authorized dealer. Everything else on the site — text, design, photography, and structure — belongs to Italcasa. You're welcome to browse, save, and share links; you may not copy, scrape, republish, or use the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Saved items and shared lists
Wishlists are private to your account unless you share one. A shared list is visible to anyone who has its link, so share it only with people you intend to see it. We may remove shared content that violates these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access accounts or systems you're not authorized to use, submitting false requests or applications, scraping the catalog, or disrupting the service. We may limit or terminate access for misuse.
Third-party services
Signing in relies on Google or Apple, and the site may link to or embed third-party services (such as maps). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties about the site's availability and content, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Terms governing a purchase — including warranties on the furniture itself — are stated in your quote or invoice, not here.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Italcasa against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
