Driade Sipek Collection brings together glass vessels, tableware and candelabra with pronounced sculptural details.
Borek Sipek’s designs include blown-glass vases, pitchers, stemmed glasses and raised bowls, often combining clear bodies with colored loops, stems or applied ornament. Metal candle holders introduce branching arms and reflective surfaces alongside the glass pieces. The range also includes Giuseppe Chigiotti’s Matthew Boulton candelabra, whose curved brass arms carry a polished nickel finish. Different proportions support both tabletop arrangements and individual decorative displays.
Borek Sipek studied interior design at the School for Arts and Crafts in Prague and established his Amsterdam workshop in 1983. His collaboration with Driade produced furniture and decorative objects. His work investigates craft traditions through experiments with established materials and techniques.

A former professor at the Politecnico di Milano, he has written extensively about furniture and domestic spaces. His relationship with Driade began with writing and expanded to product design, including tableware, lamps, the Ping tables and the Mak trolley.
