Moroso Redondo includes sofas, lounge chairs and beds by Patricia Urquiola with rounded padded forms and a geometric quilting pattern.
Sofas wrap separate cushions within curved backs and arms, with removable covers. The lounge chair offers fixed or swivel bases. Beds extend the outline into broad headboards and padded surrounds, with quilted or plain removable upholstery, adjustable base supports and three European mattress formats using separately purchased slatted bases.
Patricia Urquiola studied architecture in Madrid and Milan, graduating under Achille Castiglioni. She worked with Vico Magistretti and Lissoni before opening her Milan studio in 2001. Her practice encompasses industrial design, architecture, interiors and art direction, including collaborations with Moroso, Flos, Driade and Cappellini.
