The Saruyama collection by Moroso

Moroso Saruyama includes sculpted upholstered seating by Toshiyuki Kita with rising backs and sloping surfaces.

The original design combines three freestanding molded forms into a broad island. Saruyama Island develops the landscape into chairs, settees, sofas and footstools using padded steel structures with wooden bases on stationary pieces. Fixed covers follow the curves, while a separate small Giro chair offers a swivel steel base alongside the fixed configurations.
