Moroso Imba includes an armchair, chaise lounge and ottoman by Federica Capitani within the M'Afrique outdoor range.
Handwoven polyethylene cord follows painted-steel frames, forming open curved backs and sides around the seating. The chaise extends the woven surface forward for reclining, while the armchair keeps the enclosing shape more compact. A separate backless ottoman continues the curved weave above slender legs with floor-contact glides.
Federica Capitani studied industrial design in Genoa and worked with Patricia Urquiola and Marcel Wanders before establishing her London studio in 2009. Her projects range from everyday objects to architectural work, with a focus on furniture and lighting. She has also taught at the Royal College of Art.
