Dining chairs and bar stools.
Driade Mingx includes a chair and counter stool designed by Konstantin Grcic.
Steel tubing and shaped sheet steel create open rectangular frames with repeated horizontal lines. Leather seats contrast with the powder-coated structures, and ABS feet finish the legs. The chair carries the design at dining height, while the raised counter stool adds a horizontal foot support beneath its 65 cm seat for use around a higher indoor surface.
Konstantin Grcic is an industrial designer whose work includes the Parrish seating collection for Emeco. Developed for the Parrish Art Museum in Long Island, the project combines his design approach with the manufacturer's aluminum production experience. He has also designed lighting for Flos and furniture for Driade.
