Moroso Precious includes dining and lounge chairs plus stools by Johannes Torpe with slender metal bases and ring-like seat surrounds.
Padded seats and curved backs rest above fine exposed legs, with armed and armless versions changing the upper outline. Counter- and bar-height stools offer backed or backless seats and integrated footrests. Painted or chromed bases vary the visible surface treatment, while fixed upholstery preserves the compact padded forms.
Johannes Torpe is a Danish designer and founder of Johannes Torpe Studios. His multidisciplinary experience includes interiors, furniture, lighting, graphics and music production. His work with Moroso includes the Heartbreaker and Precious seating collections, developed through an exploration of personal experience and human emotions.
