Decorative objects and cushions.
Moooi Armoured Boar includes a decorative pillow cover and textured wallcovering from the Extinct Animals range.
The pillow illustrates the imagined creature on polyester velvet, with a complementary reverse and cord piping. The wallcovering instead layers gauze and Japanese paper over a nonwoven backing, interpreting armor through a fragmented surface. Its free-match installation and the pillow’s two-sided imagery offer distinct ways to bring the same character into an interior.
Moooi's internal product development team contributes designs alongside the company's external designers. The team researches materials and product ideas and develops objects for the Moooi collection.
