Dining tables.
Calligaris Cartesio by Busetti Garuti Redaelli includes dining tables supported by four independent V-shaped metal elements.
Rectangular sections create an angled central framework beneath round or elongated tops. The circular fixed version uses a ceramic surface, while other material choices depend on the model. A separate extending table adds two side leaves that open independently, increasing the dining area in stages without changing the geometric arrangement of the base.
Manuela Busetti, Andrea Garuti and Matteo Redaelli have worked together since 2008. Their practice develops products for residential and contract settings. The team studies changing patterns of use and explores both established and newer materials and technologies as part of its furniture design process.
