Foscarini Tress brings Marc Sadler’s interwoven fiberglass-composite construction to floor, wall and pendant lights.
Coated ribbons create an open pattern that acts as both structure and decoration, allowing light through the gaps. Narrow pendant cylinders and broader Grande shades direct light below, while standing versions add upward illumination. Wall lamps curve the weave around a support. Sizes and light sources vary, including integrated LEDs in selected larger models.
Marc Sadler trained in industrial design in Paris, where his research focused on plastics. He has worked across product sectors, applying experimentation with materials and production technologies to his designs. An early project was a thermoplastic ski boot developed for industrial production by Caber.
