Wall lights and floor lamps.
Foscarini Orbital / Bit connects Ferruccio Laviani’s graphic floor lamp with individual glass wall lights.
Orbital places five differently shaped panels around a metal tripod, while Bit separates those forms into lamps that can stand alone or join a wall composition. Satin-finished glass spreads reflected and diffused light, with irregular curves and angled outlines distinguishing the panels. White and colored versions change the visual arrangement while retaining the shared glass forms.
Ferruccio Laviani trained in design and architecture in Milan. He develops products and visual identities for furniture and fashion companies, including retail spaces, events and exhibitions. His practice connects object design with the way a company's collections are presented in interiors and public settings.
