Adelaide Elongated Tray
The Adelaide tray by Driade brings Xie Dong’s folded ceramic language to an elongated tabletop surface.
Handmade in white bone china, its low proportions provide a broad horizontal expression of the collection’s irregular, crumpled forms. The long format offers a different way to arrange objects alongside Adelaide’s individual cups, bowls and plates. Model code: DA545C1007002.

Italian furniture with an experimental spirit, bringing distinctive designer chairs, sculptural seating and expressive objects into the home.
Xie Dong
Xie Dong is a Beijing-born artist and designer whose work explores materials, movement and the relationship between weight and lightness. Ceramic techniques are central to this practice, including methods that create rippled and pleated surfaces. Designs for Driade bring these experiments into functional objects linked to Chinese craft traditions.
