Natuzzi Italia Fenice by Bernhardt & Vella includes upholstered beds and curved bedroom storage.
Beds pair tilted padded headboards with metal feet, offering fixed frames or lift-up storage bases. Handed nightstands combine drawers with open shelves and curved side panels. Three-drawer dressers place two shallow drawers above a deeper lower compartment, with full-extension soft-closing hardware. Wood-finished and lacquered versions vary the surfaces, including glass tops on specified case pieces.
Ellen Bernhardt and Paola Vella founded their Milan studio in 2008. Their work connects product design with interiors, drawing on research into art, architecture and earlier design. The practice approaches individual objects in relation to the spaces around them and works across projects of different scales.
