Marset Plaff-on!
includes wall, ceiling, pendant and bollard lights by Joan Gaspar. Opal blown glass sits within an aluminum ring, leaving a gap that creates a luminous halo. Indoor and dedicated outdoor versions adapt the circular form to different positions, with larger exterior models intended for sheltered settings. Compact pendants can join garland compositions. Light sources, wet-location ratings and dimming differ by exact version, while the glass-and-ring construction links the range.
Joan Gaspar studied industrial design in Barcelona and began working in lighting manufacturing in 1988. His collaboration with Marset started in 1996, covering product development and design direction. He opened his own Barcelona studio in 2002 and has taught materials and technology for industrial design.

We show Marset by appointment at both showrooms — Royal Oak on Woodward and Troy at the Michigan Design Center. Call ahead and we'll have samples and finishes pulled and waiting.
