Marset Jaima includes pendant and adjustable floor lamps by Joan Gaspar with tent-inspired Textilene shades.
White interiors reflect light downward from flexible fabric canopies in three sizes. Floor versions use stainless-steel structures and extending carbon-fiber arms, with bases or fixed stems selected for installation. Indoor models use replaceable bulbs, while dedicated outdoor versions use integrated LEDs. The same textile form carries across the range with lighting and supports appropriate to each setting.
Joan Gaspar studied industrial design in Barcelona and began working in lighting manufacturing in 1988. His collaboration with Marset started in 1996, covering product development and design direction. He opened his own Barcelona studio in 2002 and has taught materials and technology for industrial design.
