Marset Atlas brings Joan Gaspar’s transparent spotlight design to ceiling, wall and pendant formats.
Polycarbonate enclosures follow the bulb’s outline, with white polyamide fittings and restrained supporting structures. The pendants direct light downward, while fixed wall and ceiling models provide focused accent beams and can use paired bases. Compatible external controls allow dimming, with the transparent shade keeping the light source visible within each compact fixture.
Joan Gaspar studied industrial design in Barcelona and began working in lighting manufacturing in 1988. His collaboration with Marset started in 1996, covering product development and design direction. He opened his own Barcelona studio in 2002 and has taught materials and technology for industrial design.
