FontanaArte Flûte pairs floor and pendant lamps by Franco Raggi using transparent borosilicate glass and metal reflectors.
The floor lamp carries an upward-facing reflector on a clear stem, producing indirect light above a circular base. The pendant encloses its reflector within a transparent glass cone and directs light downward. Different scales and metal treatments extend the family, while the direction of illumination remains specific to the floor or suspended version.
Franco Raggi is an architect and designer who graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 1969. His work spans buildings, interiors, exhibitions, publishing and objects. He has worked with FontanaArte since the early 1980s, designing lighting collections including Velo, Flûte and Drum, as well as installations with Daniela Puppa.
