FontanaArte Bianca includes table, floor, pendant and ceiling lamps designed by Matti Klenell around grooved white glass.
Mouth-blown diffusers receive a satin treatment that softens the surface and reveals the rounded texture when lit. Stemless table versions sit close to a surface, while the other formats carry the same glass outline into taller or overhead positions. Sizes and light sources vary, with integrated LEDs in selected Medium models and replaceable bulbs in others.
Matti Klenell is a Stockholm-based designer and glass artist who graduated from Konstfack in 1999. He works on industrial design commissions alongside exhibitions and public art projects, allowing materials research to inform both practices. His clients have included Iittala, Muuto, Moooi and FontanaArte, for which he designed the Bianca lighting collection.
