Dining chairs and bar stools.
Calligaris Sweel includes dining chairs and stools with softly squared upholstered shells and backs that wrap around to support the arms.
Wooden or metal chair bases offer fixed and swivel versions. Upholstery can combine two fabrics or pair fabric with leather on selected models. Four-legged counter stools add circular footrests, while adjustable versions use central pedestals, carrying the related enclosed seat forms into different dining and counter-height settings.
Archirivolto was founded by Claudio Dondoli and Marco Pocci in Colle di Val d’Elsa in 1983. The practice began with architecture and interiors before developing an industrial design focus. Its work includes chairs, stools, sofas and office seating, with research into materials and manufacturing processes.
