Calligaris Le Marais includes a modular sofa and upholstered bed by Stefano Spessotto, linked by slim metal supports.
The sofa sets broad seat and back cushions above an open frame, with components forming straight or corner arrangements. The bed introduces a curved headboard divided by vertical seams, drawing on Art Deco forms. Slatted mattress support sits within its upholstered frame above the fine metal base.
Stefano Spessotto trained at the Art School of Udine and worked in advertising before moving into product design. He founded the Dedalo studio in 1991. His practice includes industrial, graphic and interior design, with furniture collaborations and a long association with Ditre Italia's artistic direction.
