Ditre Italia Kyo is an armchair and outdoor sofa family with exposed intersecting metal supports around separate cushions.
The indoor armchair offers fabric and leather treatments, with an open framework beneath its padded seat and back. Outdoor armchairs and a three-seat sofa use galvanized steel with exterior coatings and woven cord arms. Their fabric cushion covers remove over breathable water-repellent linings, while the indoor chair has different cover-removal rules according to its upholstery.
Stefano Spessotto trained at the Art School of Udine and worked in advertising before moving into product design. He founded the Dedalo studio in 1991. His practice includes industrial, graphic and interior design, with furniture collaborations and a long association with Ditre Italia's artistic direction.
