Dining chairs, bar stools and office chairs.
Calligaris Igloo includes dining and office chairs plus an adjustable stool with continuous upholstered backs and arms.
Smooth shells and irregularly quilted versions offer different surface treatments. Four-legged frames or four-spoke aluminum supports hold the dining seats, while office versions add casters and adjustable height. The quilted stool raises the enclosing form onto a metal pedestal with a footrest, retaining the connected back-and-arm outline above its taller base.
Edi and Paolo Ciani's studio has developed furniture for homes, offices and outdoor settings since 1999. Its design process includes three-dimensional modeling, technical drawings, prototyping and photorealistic visualization. This combination supports the development of a product from an initial concept through to a physical prototype.
