Calligaris Palm includes compact low-backed stools by Edi & Paolo Ciani with foam-padded seats.
A wooden version uses four tapered legs joined by a chrome footrest, while a metal sled frame gives another model continuous supports. The adjustable stool places the seat above a central metal pedestal and curved footrest. Its gas lift changes the seating height, bringing a different movement function to the same rounded upper form.
Edi and Paolo Ciani's studio has developed furniture for homes, offices and outdoor settings since 1999. Its design process includes three-dimensional modeling, technical drawings, prototyping and photorealistic visualization. This combination supports the development of a product from an initial concept through to a physical prototype.
