Coffee tables and dining tables.
Sovet Italia Frog pairs dining and coffee tables by Lievore Altherr Molina, each shaped from a single glass sheet.
The top bends into broad sides or curved corner supports, making the surface and base one continuous form. Square and rectangular versions change the proportions at dining and lower heights. Extra-clear and lacquered finishes offer different degrees of transparency, keeping the curved glass edges visible across the two furniture types.
Alberto Lievore, Jeannette Altherr and Manel Molina formed their Barcelona studio in 1991. Their work includes furniture, interiors, packaging, consulting and art direction. The studio combines product development with teaching and collaborations for manufacturers in Spain, Italy and the United States.
