Pianca Mambo by Pier Luigi Frighetto includes coffee tables and sideboards linked by rounded outlines.
Tables use slender steel legs, contrasting tips and a jointed lower cross frame beneath round, elliptical or rounded-square tops. The sideboard translates the family's curves into raised, rounded door fronts. It offers optional drawers, bottle and stemware fittings, and sensor-operated interior lighting. Wood, lacquer and other surface treatments depend on the selected table or cabinet.
Pier Luigi Frighetto began his design career by establishing an upholstered furniture business in Vicenza at the age of 21. His work combines furniture development with knowledge of materials and production. Through Frighetto & Partners, his projects have received two honorable mentions for the Compasso d’Oro.
