Mater Nestor includes dining armchairs and side chairs by Tom Stepp.
Their Shaker-inspired frames use beech or oak with seats woven by hand from natural paper cord. The armchair adds broad wooden arms that echo the backrest, while the side chair leaves the seat open on both sides. The exposed frame and woven seat make the two materials visible in each version, with different wood finishes retaining the same construction.
