Coffee tables and side tables.
Mater Lily is OEO Studio’s family of low side and lounge tables with round Matek tops.
Coffee-shell or wood waste is combined with recycled plastic to form the tabletops, which rest on slender steel frames. Different heights allow the tables to stand separately or form a grouped arrangement beside seating. The lounge-table frame can be taken apart for flat packing, while the shared circular surfaces keep the material visible across the family.
OEO Studio was founded in Copenhagen in 2003 by Thomas Lykke and Anne-Marie Buemann. Its work spans residential architecture, hospitality, commercial interiors and product design. The studio combines its Scandinavian design background with research into Asian aesthetics, developing projects for clients and manufacturers internationally.
