LaPalma Edit includes upholstered armchairs by Anderssen & Voll with backs that curve into raised arms.
Injected foam cushions the rigid Baydur shell, and the fabric covering is applied without glue. Solid ash legs, slim steel legs and aluminum swivel bases offer different supports for the same seat. Mobile versions add self-braking casters, with selected office models adjusting from 44 to 54 cm for desk and meeting use.
Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll established Anderssen & Voll in Oslo in 2009 after co-founding Norway Says. Their work ranges from furniture, lighting and textiles to tableware and electronics. The studio collaborates with international manufacturers, including LaPalma, Muuto, Foscarini and Kvadrat, as well as Norwegian producers.
