LaPalma Aaron combines a swivel stool and pivoting side tablet in one design by Pio & Tito Toso.
The seat and off-center tablet turn independently, creating a compact place to sit with a nearby work surface. Indoor versions have padded upholstered seats on steel supports; outdoor versions use iroko seats, aluminum tablets and stainless-steel structures. Different fixed seat heights are offered, with footrests on the taller models.
Brothers Pio and Tito Toso founded their studio in 1996 and graduated in architecture in Venice in 1998. Their practice covers architecture, lighting and furniture. They also develop exhibitions, shops and offices, connecting individual products with a company's broader spatial and visual identity.
