Cattelan Italia Maxim includes round dining tables with a three-petal pedestal formed from rounded supporting elements.
Glass-top versions expose the base and offer separate clay-coated concrete or treated resin constructions. Maxim Argile combines a concrete base with an MDF top, applying clay to both surfaces for a continuous appearance. The shared petal-shaped support connects the designs, while the tabletop and the underlying base material distinguish each version.
Brothers Pio and Tito Toso founded their studio in 1996 and graduated in architecture in Venice in 1998. Their practice covers architecture, lighting and furniture. They also develop exhibitions, shops and offices, connecting individual products with a company's broader spatial and visual identity.
