Sectionals and armchairs.
Lago Design Altana by Monica Armani includes modular sofas and an armchair that make wooden supports part of the surrounding outline.
Sofa upholstery projects beyond the base, with oval-section feet meeting it diagonally at 45 degrees. Fixed or freely positioned arms provide different seating arrangements. The armchair develops the woodwork into a continuous visual connection between legs and arms, framing the upholstered seat within a 73 cm square footprint.
Monica Armani is an architect and designer whose approach grew from work in her family's architecture practice.
