LAGO approaches furniture as part of the architecture of the home. Based in Villa del Conte in the Veneto region, the Italian company combines modular thinking with a light visual language: glass supports, suspended compositions and storage arranged around the needs of a room. Its collection includes sofas, beds, dining furniture and systems for living spaces.
Italcasa Design helps you explore LAGO in Metro Detroit and plan selections for homes across the contiguous United States. We can work through layout, proportions and finishes while identifying the installation requirements of the chosen system. The aim is a composition that looks effortless because its dimensions and practical details have been carefully considered.

Buying Lago from Italcasa Design.
Where is LAGO furniture from?
LAGO is an Italian furniture company based in Villa del Conte in the Veneto region. Its collection includes modular furniture for living, dining, bedroom and other home spaces.
What makes the LAGO Air sofa distinctive?
Air combines modular upholstered elements with visually light supports. Selected configurations use glass legs to create a floating appearance. Module sizes, support choices and upholstery must be checked for the exact configuration.
Does LAGO make more than sofas?
Yes. LAGO’s collection includes beds, tables, storage and other systems. Fluttua beds and 36e8 storage are two recognizable families alongside Air seating.
Do LAGO beds and storage need special installation?
Requirements depend on the product. Suspended or wall-mounted designs need suitable wall construction and installation according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Share your room and wall details before finalizing a configuration.
Where can I buy Lago in Metro Detroit?

Can I order Lago for delivery outside Michigan?
Italcasa assists clients throughout the contiguous United States. Send your Lago selection and delivery ZIP code to confirm current availability, freight and delivery arrangements for your address.
How do I request a Lago quote?
Send the LAGO collection, room dimensions, preferred finishes and delivery ZIP code. A floor plan and wall information are especially useful for modular storage or suspended designs; for beds, include the required mattress size.
LAGO’s roots in Veneto
LAGO grew from a family furniture-making background into a company established in 1976. Its base in Villa del Conte, Veneto, remains central to a design approach that sees the home as a connected whole. The collection is particularly relevant when you want furniture to work with architecture: keeping sightlines open, organizing storage or establishing a consistent language between neighboring rooms.
Glass, finishes and visual lightness
Glass supports are a recognizable feature of several LAGO designs, while upholstery, wood effects and other specified finishes provide warmth and texture. Materials vary by model and configuration. When planning a composition, compare physical finish information and the exact technical specification rather than assuming every glass element or surface is interchangeable. Wall-mounted pieces also require a review of the wall construction and installation method.
Air, Fluttua and 36e8
The Air seating family, Fluttua bed and 36e8 storage system express different parts of LAGO’s approach to space. Air organizes seating through modules; Fluttua explores the visual effect of a suspended bed; 36e8 supports varied storage compositions. Begin with the room’s function and dimensions, then narrow the family and configuration. Italcasa can help turn inspiration photographs into a practical selection for your home.
Daniele Lago and adaptable interiors
Daniele Lago is the design voice behind many of the company’s recognizable collections. His work often reduces visual weight while allowing users to compose furniture around daily life. That makes layout especially important: the position of a sofa, the relationship of storage to a doorway, or the clearance around a bed changes how the design is experienced. We can help compare options before a configuration is finalized.
