Cattelan Italia Chris combines dining chairs with smooth rounded backs and the quilted Chrishell variants.
The original wood-base versions use ash legs, while ML introduces exposed steel supports. Fabric, micro nubuck, leather or faux leather covers the padded seats and backs with fixed upholstery. These two independent choices distinguish the family: the base determines the visible supporting material, and the smooth or quilted back changes the surface within the same broad, curved silhouette.
Paolo Cattelan joined the furniture company founded by his parents, Giorgio and Silvia Cattelan, and took its leadership in 2014. His product work includes the Smart design from 1998. His career connects furniture development with the growth of the family's manufacturing business.
