Cappellini Bottle includes pedestal dining tables and smaller ceramic side tables by Barber Osgerby.
The full-size Bottle pairs a bottle-shaped marble base with a round marble top and tapered edge, in indoor and Lido outdoor versions. Mini Bottle instead uses handworked refractory ceramic, with small surface variations from its making. Its Lido counterpart is intended for covered areas away from direct sunlight. The two scales share a rounded, continuous outline while using different materials.
Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby established their London design practice after studying at the Royal College of Art. Their collaborative work includes furniture, lighting, industrial products, installations and public commissions. Designs for Cappellini include the Loop writing desk and Mini Bottle table.
