Calligaris Axis by Lualdi Meraldi Studio includes High and Low modular sofas with different back profiles.
Straight arrangements can extend into a chaise lounge, while angled connecting elements introduce changes in direction. The higher upholstered back creates a more enclosing outline; Low keeps the profile closer to the seat modules. Both versions use the collection's related components to form linear or turning compositions across the living area.
Matteo Lualdi and Matteo Meraldi established Lualdi Meraldi Studio in Milan in 2018. Their practice includes furniture, interiors and art direction for Italian and international clients. Product development connects material research and knowledge of manufacturing with the practical use of objects and spaces.
