How high should wall lights be mounted?
Beside a bed, so the bottom of the fixture sits about 20 inches above the mattress. In a hall or beside a mirror, about 60 to 66 inches from the floor to the center of the fixture. Our designers mark the heights on your plan before the electrician arrives.
Are there wall lights that plug in instead of hardwiring?
Yes. Several Marset and Flos pieces are plug-in, with a cord that runs down the wall or hides behind furniture. The product page says how each light is powered.
Are the wall lights dimmable and made for US wiring?
Most of the LED fixtures here are dimmable, and every light is ordered in the version the house makes for the North American market. The spec sheet on each product page states the voltage, light source, dimming and listing.
