Armchairs and coffee tables.
Slide Design Tarta includes a lounge chair and low table by Roberto Paoli.
Hexagonal patterns define the rigid-polyurethane shells and surfaces, drawing on the segmented outline of a turtle’s shell. Beechwood legs support both pieces, contrasting with the shaped upper forms. Intended for indoor use, the range offers glossy and matte lacquered treatments while keeping the same pattern and wood-leg construction.
Roberto Paoli is an architect and designer whose practice covers products, interiors and architecture. His studio develops housing, retail spaces, showrooms, events and exhibition stands. In 2013 he established the Seminato Mercadante brand to produce objects developed through research and experimentation with materials and forms.
