Slide Design Kroko includes a lounge chair and Big Kroko sofa by Marcantonio.
Rounded crocodile-inspired bodies enclose low seats with curved backs and sculpted supports. Polyethylene forms the standard versions, while selected finishes use sugar-cane-derived bio-based polyethylene. Both seating formats are designed for indoor and outdoor use, carrying the same animal reference through individual and broader lounge arrangements within the Afrika range.
Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba, known professionally as Marcantonio, trained at an art institute and an academy of fine arts. He began with theater work and collaborations with architects before developing objects that connect art and design. Relationships between people and the natural world are a recurring subject in his work.
