Slamp Veli includes pendant, table, wall and ceiling lights by Adriano Rachele built from hand-interlocked folds.
Opalflex, Lentiflex and metallic-effect surfaces give different versions translucent or reflective qualities. Couture develops the textile-inspired volume, Foliage emphasizes leaf-like layers, and Aurea adds foil accents. Veli 7 expands the design into a larger grouped suspension. Replaceable bulbs illuminate the shades, which use magnetic fittings for cleaning and light-source access.
Adriano Rachele studied industrial design and began his professional career in Slamp's research and development department. His lighting work explores folded materials and curved forms within serial production. His collections for the company include Veli, Clizia, Étoile and Hanami, combining material development with the shaping of light.

We show Slamp by appointment at both showrooms — Royal Oak on Woodward and Troy at the Michigan Design Center. Call ahead and we'll have samples and finishes pulled and waiting.
