Coffee tables, mirrors and home accessories.
Pianca Contralto by CMP Design includes side tables, valet stands and a wall mirror.
Freestanding pieces combine terrazzo bases, metal uprights and wooden surfaces or hanging bars. The tables come in different heights, with a raised knob on the lower version. Valets offer either several clothing bars or a hanger with a small mirror. The separate circular wall mirror has a metal frame and an integrated wooden shelf.
CMP Design is the team of Michele Cazzaniga, Simone Mandelli and Antonio Pagliarulo, based near Milan. The practice works in furniture, industrial products, graphics and corporate identity. Its design process emphasizes discussion with manufacturers, technicians, artisans and users throughout a project's development.
