Armchairs and dining chairs.
Lago Design Mezz'aria by Daniele Lago includes chairs and armchairs that project their seats beyond inclined front supports.
The cantilevered form leaves the rear edge without conventional legs, while the connection between shell and base permits a slight spring under seated weight. Wood and metal support options vary the lower structure. Smooth or quilted upholstery changes the padded surfaces, and separate chair versions offer a wooden seating treatment.
Daniele Lago studied at the Scuola Italiana Design in Padua before joining the family furniture company in the early 2000s. His work connects product design with the development of the LAGO brand, considering the relationships between people, technology and the spaces they inhabit.
