The Heller Hlynur Atlason Collection includes Bluff and Limbo lounge chairs for indoor and outdoor spaces.
Both use polyethylene blends containing postconsumer recycled plastic, with recycled content varying by color. Bluff combines a scooped seat with a curved three-part base and a drainage opening. Limbo has a broad curved back carried on a narrower central support, giving the two chairs different seat and base profiles within the designer’s range.
Hlynur Atlason is an Icelandic-born industrial designer based in New York City. His practice includes furniture, lighting and other products, combining attention to the ways people use objects with technical development and the study of form.
