Dining tables.
Cattelan Italia Lancer includes glass, ceramic and wood dining tables with four intersecting steel blades beneath the top.
Each support has a T-shaped cross-section, producing overlapping planes within the base. Glass preserves the view through the surface, while ceramic versions offer several outlines. Wood changes the perimeter to an angled barrel shape or a boat-shaped top assembled from diagonal planks. These tabletop constructions retain the same layered steel support.
Renato Guerra designed the Lancer dining table family for Cattelan Italia. The range pairs intersecting steel supports with glass, ceramic or wood tops, with the construction specified separately for each version.
