Arketipo Jupiter comprises the original armchair and Jupiter Lite by Mauro Lipparini.
Both place feather-wrapped polyurethane cushions inside a shaped outer shell above a metal base. The original uses handcrafted fiberglass, while Lite changes the shell to polyurethane with a painted finish or selected leather covering. This construction difference gives the two versions distinct surface options while retaining the enclosing seat, arms and back that define the chair’s profile.
Mauro Lipparini is an architect and designer who graduated in Florence in 1980. His practice, Studio Lipparini, works with clients across Europe and Asia. He remains the author of the studio's designs, developing furniture and other projects through close involvement with clients and the process of making.
