Ocean Lounge Chair — Black
The Mater Ocean Lounge Chair in Black combines a low slatted seat with a gunmetal steel frame.
Its recycled fishing-net and hard-plastic slats reinterpret Jørgen and Nanna Ditzel’s 1955 outdoor design. A 39 cm seat height distinguishes this lounge version, which includes arms, stacks up to four high and is designed for disassembly.

Jørgen & Nanna Ditzel
Jørgen and Nanna Ditzel met while studying at the Danish School of Arts and Crafts and established a studio in 1946. Their joint practice continued until Jørgen's death in 1961. Mater later worked with their design archive to reinterpret an earlier design as the Ocean outdoor collection.
