Bonded glass planes form open compartments beneath the tabletop.
Cava by Natuzzi Italia is a family of glass coffee and side tables.
The coffee tables layer horizontal and vertical planes of tempered glass, joined by UV-bonded joints, into open compartments beneath the top for books or small objects. They measure 39 inches round or 39 × 47 inches rectangular, and a round side table 16 inches across raises a glass top on a steel frame. The design is credited to Mauro Lipparini.
