Are these vases watertight?
The glazed ceramics and glass pieces hold water; some matte or unglazed clays are decorative and are listed as such on their product page. For a planter, use a liner or an inner pot so the ceramic stays dry.
Will my vase look exactly like the photo?
Close, not identical. These pieces are made by hand, so glaze, color and surface vary a little from one to the next. That variation is part of the piece; if a particular tone matters, tell us and we check the current batch with the house.
How are vases and planters shipped?
Each piece is wrapped and boxed, or crated for the largest planters, and shipped to all 48 contiguous states. Pieces are made to order and typically ship in 12–16 weeks; your quote states the lead time. If a piece arrives damaged, tell us immediately and we replace it at no cost.
