Milano Mosaic Carpet
Milano Mosaic Carpet by Moooi reinterprets the tiled courtyard of Milan’s Salone dei Tessuti as a patterned textile surface.
Scans of the original mosaic informed the design, preserving its small-scale architectural rhythm. Offered as a 200 by 300 cm rectangle or a 250 cm round rug, the carpet combines polyamide pile with woven polypropylene backing for indoor use.
