Opinion Ciatti Yum Yum brings together upholstered seats and related Yum ottomans by Lapo Ciatti.
Both use rounded padded volumes, removable fabric or leather covers and side pockets. Yum Yum adds a curved solid-ash backrest, with optional upholstery over the wood. Yum retains the backless form, including larger and two-person proportions. Selected Yum versions use outdoor fabric and waterproof linings, while the separate seating shapes offer different levels of enclosure.
Lapo Ciatti studied industrial design at IED and Domus Academy in Milan before working in architecture and joining his family's business in 2006. He and Bruno Rainaldi established Opinion Ciatti in 2008. His projects connect furniture design with the company's development and its Tuscan background.
